Child Safety Standards
Court Split has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content or conduct that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly prohibited and will be removed, reported to the authorities, and result in a permanent ban.
1. The app is for adults meeting other players
Court Split is not directed to children under 18. Features that put you in contact with people outside your own group (“open games”) are restricted to adults: a one-time age check keeps under-18 users off the stranger-play surface entirely. We do not knowingly collect a child’s data or profile minors for advertising.
2. What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised content involving a minor.
- Grooming, soliciting, luring, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, or facilitating any of the above.
3. How we prevent & respond
- Report & block tools are built into the app on every user and shared surface.
- Reported accounts can be frozen immediately pending review.
- We preserve evidence and report CSAE to law enforcement and the relevant child-protection authorities, consistent with India’s POCSO Act and IT Act obligations. Removing content is not enough — we report it.
4. How to report a concern
Report inside the app (the report option on any user or content), or contact us directly:

- In an emergency in India, call 112 (and the child helpline 1098).
We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act on child-safety reports with the highest priority.
5. Compliance
These standards align with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the Information Technology Act and Rules, and Google Play’s child-safety standards policy.
